At this rate, it'll be a squeaker.

Arnz Thanks for reply I have noticed since last week much chatter on Twitter about people watching an award screener download of the film, so I'm sure that has impacted box office somewhat , as it seems to me the age group that is most going to "Wolf" is ,also, the audience group that most does the internet downloads versus the older group that I envision going to "AH" I know it opens in UK this weekend and then soon after Germany, Spain, Australia, I hope it does well when it opens in those major markets

thanks, arnzilla It will cross 100M, but it'd be really nice if Paramount supported the film a tad more. If they pull it before it reaches 100M, then it means there are box office bonuses that kick in at that number, and they'd rather not pay up.

I was coming in here to post the strong international numbers. Leo has an even stronger brand overseas than in the U.S. Look how well The Great Gatsby did internationally and that was based on an American literary classic. It is not half as well-known overseas compared to America, but Leo brought them in anyway. And Scorsese is expanding his brand very far in the world with the help of Leo. The international audience has become willing to take a lot of chances on Scorsese and Leo even if some more prudish conservative midwestern Americans rejects it based on the media made controversy.

TWOWS had a better average take per showing than "Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit" and "American Hustle." Plus, it had less showings than "Her."
