Oh my God at first I was confused because I didn't look for the script and tried to avoid the real story, so I was expecting some type of gritty drama. I was not expecting a dark comedy! Leo doing comedy! I need a gif of him dancing now!
Looks fabulously insane. November is too damn far away. I will watch it 20 more times before I go to bed.
My Completely Baseless 1 AM Oscar Awards Opinion says that a movie where dwarves are thrown at a target gets zero Oscar wins.
People who have read the script: Does Jordan come across as a tortured anti-hero or is he a greedy douchebag like he comes across in the trailer?

That is one packed trailer! Good idea to show it as a comedy, because Wall Street dramas don't do so well. Does Jordan come across as a tortured anti-hero or is he a greedy douchebag like he comes across in the trailer? Definitely the latter, but that may be my opinion of the character getting in the way. But I would say more addicted than greedy.

Leo (Tag Heuer Event-November 10) 7 minutes in... ''Lots of crazy and insane things that shouldn`t be shot on film'' www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wnui6WQpeTcLeo (Details-Dec 2012 Issue) "Really wild, nuts movie" Jonah (Twitter-November 13) ''I cannot wait for you guys to see "The Wolf Of Wall Street". I am so lucky to be in this movie. It is BANANAS.'' Now i understand those statements. IT IS BANANAS!!! P.S. The trailer reminded me of Catch Me If You Can trailer. Fun-Funny and Frenetic

Very well done, by whomever does these things today! Inspired musical choice, it makes the whole thing feel like it's spiraling out of control. Great low and high angle, wide-lens, deep focus compositions. And a couple of details: DiCaprio eating his hand recalls a bit of De Niro acting in Mean Streets (in the backside of the club scene); and the guys "plastering" the girl with money echoes Rupert Pupkin and Masha plastering Jerry in TKOFC. Also you can't write what McConaughey does here... or DiCaprio's dancing

McConaughey is seen for more than 30 seconds of the trailer, but it's all from the same scene, so it's no indication of whether the part is now bigger. I saw Suplee in more scenes than I remember his character was in. And I think they're saving Hill as the big surprise. Gabriel, does the film look like "film" to you? I know it's film, but somehow it looks digital-y... The views of NY are amazing, though. In the one below, I think the left side is an addition (cgi?):

I thought about that too, but honestly, I don't know. We're watching it in digital format after all... And I think I noticed some cgi additions in several shots too. Cinema is becoming more and more a painterly medium, as Scorsese likes to say

A trailer of pure awesomeness. We didn't see much of Jonah, but we will hopefully get more of him later.

WillPicking on dear Jordan again I see And , yes , unless they've created scenes for Matt's character not true to the book, the dinner scene is his one scene of note . Also what is it that you think they added in yacht pix ? As to the buildings they show to the left of yacht are located there and show up in the background at the Marina Cove Marina when the boat would be facing the way it is ArnzI know that scene is what you were waiting to see and I do mean SEE , but I was thinking we might get a glimpse of their little girl Channie

From the trailer, it appears that Jon Spinogatti is playing Nicholas aka Patrick the Butler.

Thanks, I thought it was pi. As to the buildings they show to the left of yacht are located there and show up in the background at the Marina Cove Marina when the boat would be facing the way it is You're right. I checked the photos from when they were filming that scene and it's all there.
